My interest in drawing began when I was a young child who accidentally drew a dragon on the side of my math homework (oops). Although I do sketches with a pencil and paper, I’ve recently been doing more officialized digital work with my pen and tablet. My favorite technique right now is learning how to do more “painterly pieces” like the impressionist painters of the past!
My friend and I love going out on cooking adventures and trying out recipes that we’ve never really tried before (I never had meatloaf before until August of 2022). It’s always a blast whenever we both can pursue a store and stare at the varieties of spices and cheese available.
I’m working on getting my introverted self outside more and I find that exploring new events or activities within Minnesota has been a great help. The Minneapolis Institute of Arts is one of my favorite places to bring my friends to!
I realized how fun it is to move a little once in a while (which became a huge lifestyle change as well as eating healthily) and nowadays it’s been really fun having the cool fall breeze as I do a lap around my neighborhood.
From strategy games to puzzles the players must solve on Dungeons and Dragons, I adore all of it! It’s one thing going into these and working your brain to figure out different solutions and another when you’ve finally found the answer after all that hard work.
